How does someone subscribe to my station from their mobile phone?
Users can subscribe to any TextCastLive station by texting "join stationname" to the phone number listed on the "Station Console" page.
Can my clients easily unsubscribe from my broadcasts?
Yes. There is a "cancel footer" at the bottom of every message instructing users to reply "no stationname" to cancel.
Can I create a private station for employee and internal notifications?
Yes, you can lock a station to new subscriptions after all of your contacts have subscribed and remove it from the public directory.
Can I schedule automatic reminders for scheduled services or service updates?
Yes, you can schedule automatic follow up messages any set number of days after the initial subscription date.
Can I change the default auto responders?
Yes, you may enter custom auto responders on the "edit station" page. Leaving these fields blank sends the default messages.
